There are a variety of tasks that are distributed through the semester that are key actions students do in learning about post industrial video. Each of these are assessed, either directly or indirectly. The progress is to create a series individually made short weekly video responses to a prompt. These then become a library to create a small scale personal ‘sketch’ interactive film. This provides the technical and theoretical basis for a larger and more complex group project that should push and explore the concepts and implications of this sort of media (in theory and practice) more forcefully.
