bonza Cinema Studies Database

bonza was originally a project developed in collaboration with Deb Verhoeven at RMIT University. It consists of a database which students populate with production, biographical and bibliographic data about individual Australian and New Zealand films or film makers. The database was relational, and in concert with this data students wrote online hypermedia essays. The project has continued beyond my initial two year involvement. It was funded by the former Committee for University Teaching and Staff Development.

It is currently located at http://www.bonza.rmit.edu.au

The screenshots included here are not of the original iteration of the project, which was limited to Australian and New Zealand details only. Deb Verhoeven has been responsible for the ongoing development and extension of the project.
