talks

Every now and then I’m invited to give lectures or talks. To English teachers, media practitioners, educators, even government departments interested in video blogging, RSS, Web 2.0 sorts of things, pedagogies for new networks, network literacies, and so on.

The current list of talks/lectures I am doing are:

  • network literacies (a critical outline and introduction to network literacy – what multiliteracy (or print literacy for that matter) becomes for a Web 2 education)
  • softvideo (the implications and possibilities for video when it meets blogs and digital networks)
  • videoblogs (introduction to videoblogging, how to, why, futures)
  • network are I (a description come critical introduction to what it means to be network literate)

Contact me via email (adrian dot miles at rmit dot edu dot au) if you’d like chase me up.
