This has no interactivity and is just a straight forward bit of video. Deliberately low res, low tech, just words on a sketch pad. The original was way too slow so I have made it urn in half the original time. Ths is one of the early works and was a clear effort to work with words, video and very simple ways of doing. I've also doubled the original resolution just be doubling their size in the embed tag.
From the original publication:
A vog can be documentary and it will always eschew the authority of the general. The personal, in a vog, is not merely or only what once-upon-a-time was called the subjective but is the legitimation of personal narrative in the face of other narratives that wish to encompass the singular within the general.
Avog is always plural.
A vog is not one video but is the series that defines it. This series is always variable and always open. What it is open to becomes or is the outside that writing a vog pursues.
Because it is open (never finished, never able to be finished), its series is always able to be expanded.
