This is the third, and final iteration of this work. It continues the random order of the images that appear when you mouse into the work that I introduced in Brugge Paraplie 2, but unlike the first and second versions the two video panes in this one are of video compressed to the same quality.
The footage is from Brugge, on an extremely wet January day.
