vog (a BETA videoblog)

I made this while I was reworking the templates that I'd created and distributed to let other people make simple video works that could load and play two separate videos alongside each other. (What I called rhizome templates.) This has two video tracks, each of which can be played, paused, wound forward and back, and a separate soundtrack that cannot be played and runs regardless of the play state of the videos. I used the same commentary for several of these works as they are demos.

This is another lumiere rhizome. One was shot while travelling from Paris to Brussels on the TGV while the other is the return journey a few days later. I really like travelling on trains. Much more room than on planes (well, I guess I might not think that if I travelled first class, but like that's ever going to happen), and you get to see sky and land and sometimes places too.
