Tidal River, Wilson’s Promontory. Sand in the river. The resolution is not right, so the abstraction just doesn’t really get there. Mousing in and out of the lower text band toggles between two different compressed versions of the same video track. The commentary is too soft to pick up properly amongst the wind, but is pretty much from the point of view of a video camera and thinking about what a video camera would want to film, if it could choose.
